In this post i have personally tried to explain every information to the simplest way you can understand, also I have tried almost all and they worked do read up and practise.
- Be open and inviting:
You should be prepared to acknowledge both positive and negative feedback. Once a client sees you are one-sided, He/she would not give you a review. You should be available to acknowledge the Good,bad,ugly and delightful.
when you receive the positive and negative what do you do with them?
The positive feedback you offer to others, utilise that as unquestionable evidence as explained earlier in a previous post, share them for others to see
The negative feedback is for you to work it out on your self, it doesn't mean you are not legit/real it only means you have to improve to a certain standard, Acknowledge it and see how to convert the negative to positive you never can tell how your customer relations can build your image.
- Give them different choices on various platforms:
If you are running a business and your business isn't on the web trust me you would come short of patronage. Give them parcel of choices Facebook,Twitter, Instagram, and so on request survey on every social medium stages. Some are more on Facebook others on Instagram etc make your feedback accessible to see on any social media.
- ask them specifically:
Your clients wants the best for you as far you keep serving them well, however yet they expect you to give the push, Don't make assumptions
